Our services include providing a full residential redesign, carrying out a commercial refit or even a complete, bespoke new build project. No matter what the project size, you can be sure of the same quality and attention to details.
Initial architectural drawings, including any specific requirements you may have, will be created for your approval, prior to party wall agreements and any planning submission. Our extensive knowledge of the construction industry means we know what it takes to carry out a successful build project and will share that expertise with our clients. We liaise with all parties on your behalf until the plans are approved and the build commences.
We also offer interior design services, again to the highest specifications which SMART PROPERTY SOLUTIONS have become renowned for, and which take a house from a shell to a home.
Stage 1 (1 – 2 weeks)
Initial meeting to discuss your project.
Stage 2 (4 - 8 weeks)
Architectural design & planning of your home, along with planning application submission.
Stage 3 (3 – 5 weeks)
Tender submission, formal contract, and agreement to proceed.
Stage 4 (4 – 6 weeks)
Your design choices, the specifying & designing of your home interior.
Stage 5 (8 -70 weeks depending on the project)
The construction of your home. Building/Renovation process.
Stage 6 (up to 8 weeks)
After commissioning and testing, your home is ready for completion and handover.
